About this Tour
We take you to Chichén Itzá, the most famous Mayan city in the world and one of the seven wonders of the modern world. Be amazed with the most representative vestige of the Mayan culture the Kukulcán pyramid or feathered serpent.
Explore all the corners of this majestic Mayan city, be amazed by the acoustics of several of its buildings, tour the largest ball game in Mesoamerica and discover why the Mayas were great astronomers and architects.
After the visit to the archaeological zone, cool off in the waters of the Blue Sacred Cenote Ik Kil, a place that will leave you amazed by its beauty and mysticism. The Mayans considered cenotes as sacred sites of life, death, and an entrance to the underworld.
We continue the excursion with a delicious Yucatecan food buffet and on the way back we visit the center of Valladolid, a majestic colonial city known as La Perla del Oriente; city witnessing two great passages in the history of Mexico: the Caste War in 1847 and the first spark of the Mexican Revolution in 1910.
