About this Tour
The most complete Holbox tour.
In this tour we take you to the point where it is located in the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf
Mexico in an adventure where you will enjoy virgin beaches, snorkeling, fishing,
bird watching and hopefully we will see dolphins, turtles, cat shark and
many more species.
Cabo Catoche is located approximately 15 miles east of Holbox,
here you can enjoy pristine beaches and extraordinary landscapes,
snorkel and enjoy the exuberant marine life.
The Cape area is well known for its caves, it is the idyllic place to snorkel, the depth reaches just over two meters and it is the ideal activity to practice with the whole family. Get ready to observe all kinds of fish, corals, turtles, octopuses, lobsters and even cat sharks.
With the help of the captain and the sailor we will catch the food of the day. Take the string, go fishing and prepare the delicious ceviche that we will enjoy on a virgin beach where you can relax and stroll along the shore of the beach. On the way back and if the tide allows it to stroll among the mangroves where we can observe different species of birds.
As a curious fact, Cabo Catoche was the first site where the European conquerors landed during the expedition of Francisco Hernández de Córdoba in 1517.
